As the Founder, CEO, and Head Creative of Rai Rai Productions Ltd, my mission is to lead the company with passion and innovation in the creative and media industries. I strive to ensure that every project we undertake reflects the highest standards of quality, creativity, and integrity. My goal is to provide exceptional services across our various divisions, from music production and sound design to graphic design and video production. I’m dedicated to growing Rai Rai Productions into a thriving hub for creative solutions, helping both individuals and businesses bring their visions to life. Through collaboration, mentorship, and a commitment to excellence, I aim to inspire others while creating meaningful, lasting impact.

Mia Gilson
PA & Head of Eco-Friendly Practices.

Mia joined Rai Rai Productions Ltd in May 2024 as the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Head of Eco-Friendly Practices & Social Responsibility. A BASc student at the University of Warwick, studying Sociology and Global Sustainable Development, Mia has been pivotal in shaping the company’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Her academic background and passion for eco-friendly practices strengthen Rai Rai Productions' mission to lead with creativity and purpose. Mia also provides essential support to the CEO, helping drive the company forward in its goals.

Dominic (DJ Fitz) Coole-Fitzsimmons
Head of Productions

Dominic (DJ Fitz), originally from Birmingham, is a talented DJ and music producer with deep roots in the UK music scene. Having started DJing at the age of 11 after attending a music school in Bristol, he quickly discovered his passion for music production. After joining Access Creaitive College in Bristol, DJ Fitz honed his production skills and has since worked on over 20 tracks for various artists across the city, accumulating over 70,000 streams on Spotify. His expertise in music production is a driving force behind the creative output at Rai Rai Productions, where he now leads as Head of Productions.

Nathan (I-Man-I Incense Man) Lawrence Head Music Practitioner
& Marketing Researcher

Nathan (I-Man-I Incense Man) is a dedicated music practitioner with two years of formal training at Access to Music in Digbeth. Specialising in music theory, composition, and the art of influencing mood through sound, he has honed his craft with a deep passion for creating impactful musical experiences. Although his experience in marketing research is still developing, his enthusiasm for learning and improving his skills is evident. His commitment to understanding his audience and collaborating with industry professionals ensures that he continually refines his strategies to better serve his community and amplify the impact of his Music Therapeutic service, Catherine's Inner Harmony.
